2022 NAQ Nutrition - OAC Cooks Food Safety Training

This online food safety training has been specifically developed for cooks at Only About Children Early Childhood Education Campuses.

The training covers the fundamental knowledge and skills required by cooks to ensure the safe provision of food to children. 

Topics include:

• The importance of food safety in early childhood settings

• The temperature danger zone
• Receiving food and cold/frozen/dry storage
• Food preparation
• Grooming, personal hygiene and handwashing

• Food recall
